This is not my work. I found it on another site and used it myself. There were a few typos in the code so I fixed it. It should work for you. This has almost every provider out there. 

First thing to do is open note pad, paste the code to it and then name the file smsbomber.php and then upload it to your site. Then open your browser to the file and follow the instructions.
